Instructions

  1. Step 1: Heat the oil and crackle the cumin seeds.

  2. Step 2: Add the potato cubes and fry for five minutes until the edges colour.

  3. Step 3: Add the cauliflower florets, turmeric, coriander powder, chilli and salt.

  4. Step 4: Cover and cook on low for fifteen minutes, stirring gently twice.

  5. Step 5: Uncover, raise the heat and cook off any moisture so the vegetables brown.

  6. Step 6: Finish with grated ginger, garam masala and coriander leaves.
