Instructions
Step 1: Make a soft dough from the wholemeal flour, half the salt and the warm water, then rest it.
Step 2: Mix the mashed potato with the onion, green chilli, amchur, cumin powder, remaining salt and fresh coriander.
Step 3: Stuff each dough ball with the filling, seal and roll gently into a round.
Step 4: Cook on a hot tawa, brushing with the ghee, until both sides are blistered and golden.
