Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the beef with yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, ground spices and salt for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Heat mustard oil and fry the sliced onions until golden.
Step 3: Add the beef and sear well, then cook covered until almost tender.
Step 4: Wash and drain the kalijira rice.
Step 5: Add the rice to the pot with hot water and whole green chillies.
Step 6: Cook covered on low heat for 20 minutes until the water is absorbed.
Step 7: Rest for 10 minutes, then fold gently and serve with salad.
