Instructions
Step 1: Blend the plain yoghurt with the chilled water until completely smooth.
Step 2: Add the fresh mint, green chilli, black salt, cumin powder and ground mustard seeds, then blend again.
Step 3: Taste for salt and heat, strain if you prefer it very smooth, and chill before pouring.
