Instructions
Step 1: Fry the onion in the vegetable oil until soft, then add the ginger paste, cumin powder, chilli powder and ground turmeric.
Step 2: Add the tomato and salt and cook until soft.
Step 3: Add the chickpeas and fry until dry and coated; finish with the chaat masala and coriander leaves.
