Instructions
Step 1: Prick the hard boiled eggs and fry them in the vegetable oil until the skins blister, then set aside.
Step 2: In the same oil brown the sliced onion, then add the ginger garlic paste.
Step 3: Stir in the chopped tomato, ground turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder and salt and cook to a thick masala.
Step 4: Add the water and simmer, return the eggs and spoon the gravy over them.
Step 5: Finish with garam masala and fresh coriander.
