Instructions
Step 1: Rinse the flattened rice in cool water and drain it well so the flakes stay separate.
Step 2: Whisk the plain yoghurt with the sugar until smooth and pourable.
Step 3: Fold the drained flattened rice through the sweetened yoghurt and leave it to soften for a minute.
Step 4: Top with the sliced banana and serve straight away while cold.
