Instructions
Step 1: Heat the vegetable oil and blister the green beans until wrinkled and browned in patches, then set aside.
Step 2: Fry the pork mince in the same wok, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through.
Step 3: Add the garlic, snipped dried red chillies and preserved mustard greens.
Step 4: Return the beans with the light soy sauce, Shaoxing wine and sugar and toss until dry and glossy.
