Instructions

  1. Step 1: Soak the rice noodles in warm water until pliable, then drain them.

  2. Step 2: Fry the garlic in the vegetable oil, add the prawns and cook until pink and firm.

  3. Step 3: Push aside, scramble the beaten eggs, then add the cabbage and carrot.

  4. Step 4: Add the noodles with the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and white pepper and toss until evenly coloured.

  5. Step 5: Add the beansprouts and spring onion and toss for thirty seconds.
