Instructions
Step 1: Knead the plain flour with half the salt, one tablespoon of vegetable oil and the water into a soft dough; rest it for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Fry the beef mince in a tablespoon of oil with the garam masala and remaining salt until fully cooked through and dry.
Step 3: Beat the eggs with the onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and cooked mince.
Step 4: Roll each dough ball very thin, pour a quarter of the egg mixture into the centre and fold the sides over into a square parcel.
Step 5: Shallow-fry each parcel in the remaining oil for 3–4 minutes a side until golden and the egg inside is set.
