Instructions

  1. Step 1: Brown the beef mince in the vegetable oil, breaking it up as it cooks.

  2. Step 2: Add the white onion, garlic, cumin powder and oregano and fry until fragrant.

  3. Step 3: Stir in the tomato, potato, carrot, beef stock, salt and black pepper.

  4. Step 4: Cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender and the beef is cooked through.
