Instructions
Step 1: Blanch the pork ribs briefly in boiling water and drain them.
Step 2: Brown the ribs in the vegetable oil with the sliced fresh ginger and spring onion.
Step 3: Add the Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, black vinegar and water.
Step 4: Cover and simmer until the ribs are tender.
Step 5: Uncover and reduce over higher heat until the sauce coats the ribs, then scatter with sesame seeds.
