Instructions
Step 1: Char the tomato over a flame or in a dry pan until the skins blister and loosen.
Step 2: Peel away the skins and mash the flesh roughly with a fork.
Step 3: Mash in the chopped onion, green chilli, salt and mustard oil.
Step 4: Stir through the fresh coriander and serve at room temperature with rice.
